Our Story

I started Paradise Mixers after being in the customer service industry for as long as I’ve been able to work. Everyone who knows me knows I’ve been on my own from the moment I turned 17, and rather than looking at that as a downfall I’ve turned that into motivation and passion to succeed. I began serving at multiple restaurants at a very young age and not long after turning 18 I quickly worked my way up to bartending & fell in love with the craft.  


I truly am passionate about crafting together cocktails that make my guests light up with joy. Every place I’ve had an honor of learning and working at has taught me how important it is to put yourselves in the shoes of your guests to optimize their experiences and that’s something I take pride in being able to execute effortlessly. Not only that, but I was born and raised here on our South Florida beaches and after working oceanfront for years and seeing time & time again the types of cocktails that make guests feel like they’re on vacation, Paradise Mixers is highly qualified and knows exactly what elements can craft together a truly unforgettable tropical drink experience. That being said, our aim here is simple: To craft together the best tropical cocktails that’ll engrave a special memory for you and for your guests! Our bartending services & drinks can truly transform your next event and we can’t wait to be a part of it!

Our Mission

We work hard to create a tropical bar experience at your special event, taking care of every element that has to do with the bar so that you have the luxury of being a guest and enjoy your event. This experience will leave you and your guests feeling like they’re on a vacation. 

Our Values

We go above and beyond to bring your ideas to life and craft tropical cocktails together based on your favorite flavors. We cold press as many of our juices as possible and make all of our syrups in house bringing you a super special and unique bar experience. We have a list of favorite cocktails for you to choose from, but we can always customize a favorite drink for your special event.

How we work

Step One: Submit an Inquiry

Whether you email us or submit our “Contact Us” form found on our website, the first step is to submit an inquiry, telling us all about your special event.  You can also schedule a call with us to discuss the specifics for your tropical bar experience. 

 

Step Two: Package Proposal

Whether you submitted your inquiry during a scheduled phone call or through our “contact us” form (the quickest and preferred method), the next step is for us to assemble the ideal package for your event and give pricing information. This package will be custom for your event and will include your desired number of custom cocktails, along with what specialized mixers/cold pressed juices & primary garnishes will be used to make these drinks come to life. Inclusively, since Florida laws prohibit mobile bartenders from purchasing the alcohol, we will  include the recommended alcohol inventory for your cocktails + event. This will include the recommended liquor bottle inventory you should purchase to accommodate your guest count, as well as the amount of beer/wine cases you’ll need to purchase if applicable for your event.


Step Three: Contract & Deposit 

Once you’re sure we crafted together the perfect package for your event you’ll sign the agreement and pay a 50% deposit. After these two things have been completed you will have officially reserved your date & booked Paradise Mixers for your next event. We’ll start working on making sure your tropical event is perfect!


Step Four: Event Questionnaire

About 60-90 days before your event (or less if you booked closer to your date) we will send an event questionnaire that allows you to confirm and finalize your event details. In this questionnaire we’ll be able to get information on your cocktail preferences & we’ll be able to customize a tasting for you to choose the perfect cocktails for your tropical event. 


Step Five: Tasting/Consultation

All of our tropical craft cocktail packages do require an in person tasting and pre-event consultations to make sure we can bring your tropical event to life exactly how you’ve dreamed. Don’t worry this is the fun part! During this tasting/consultation we finalize details, align expectations, clarify any potential last minute questions, and finally get to see each other face to face!! 

 

Step Six: Event Execution

We show up 2-3 hours before beverage service is expected to begin, receive the alcohol that you have pre-purchased for the event, and get set up! Once it comes time for the event to start we serve you and your guests the tropical drink experience you dreamed of – it’s really that easy
